Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us and we stand behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your online purchase, please send the unused items back to us within 14 days following delivery of your Resident bracelet.
All products will be inspected upon return to ensure that they are clean and unworn.
For both your convenience as well as ours, please return the jewellery in the undamaged original packaging. Both the jewellery box and the bracelet must be as you received them; Clean and undamaged.
Upon receipt, the contents of the returned package will inspected. Should items show signs of visible wear, be damaged or be offered for return in an otherwise unacceptable condition, the goods will not be accepted for refund or exchange. In this case your goods will be returned to you at your own expense.
Please note that when returning/exchanging an item, the shipping costs are at your own expense.
All returned items should be declared as ‘Return and Repair of Dutch Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. This must be stated on the packing slip. Returned packages that do not carry this statement may be subject to lengthy delays and high customs fees, which will not be borne by Resident. We advise you to contact us prior to shipping so that we may assist you in reducing any costs that you may incur.
